Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
DistributionBob is operated by Paul Rodney Turner, an individual sole proprietor trading as Master 22 Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). We act as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact us via the address listed on the About page.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up. Plan inputs: the product details you submit to generate a distribution plan. Usage data: standard logs (IP, browser, pages visited) used for security and analytics. Payment data: handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the Service (legal basis: contract performance).
- Generate your distribution plans using AI providers (contract performance).
- Improve product quality with anonymized analytics (legitimate interests).
- Communicate updates, support replies, and (if opted in) marketing (contract / consent).
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
4. Who We Share Data With
We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers / sub-processors — hosting, authentication, AI inference, analytics, and customer support tooling (including Lovable Cloud, AI providers, and Firecrawl for optional website scraping).
- Merchant of Record — Paddle.com Market Limited processes all payments on our behalf as Merchant of Record and handles billing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds. Paddle's processing is governed by the Paddle Privacy Notice.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and tax advisers where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and plan data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will respond to verified requests within the period required by applicable law (typically one month). Contact us via the About page to exercise these rights.
7. International Transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and may use analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our infrastructure. However, no system is 100% secure and you use the Service at your own risk.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
12. Contact
