Terms of Service

Last updated: May 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

DistributionBob is operated by Paul Rodney Turner, an individual sole proprietor trading as Master 22 Solutions ("we", "us", "our", or the "Seller"). By accessing or using DistributionBob (the "Service"), you ("you" or the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and enter into a binding agreement with the Seller. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and if you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

DistributionBob generates AI-assisted distribution and marketing plans based on information you provide. Output is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringing intellectual property, attempting to reverse engineer, probe, scan, or disrupt the system, scraping, uploading malware, or generating illegal, harmful, hateful, or deceptive content. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use any output. Outputs may be inaccurate and must not be relied on as professional, legal, financial, medical, or marketing advice without independent verification.

5. Content & Ownership

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, models, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of inputs you submit and are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use generated outputs for your own business purposes, subject to these Terms. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service. We may use anonymized usage data to improve the Service. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us and we will investigate and may remove content or suspend repeat infringers.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, traffic, conversions, or revenue from following any plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
